ROCKY MOUNTAIN REAGENTS, INC. OFFERS ITS PRODUCTS FOR SALE TO INSTITUTIONS FOR LABORATORY AND/OR MANUFACTURING USE ONLY. ROCKY MOUNTAIN REAGENTS, INC. DOES NOT OFFER ITS PRODUCTS FOR SALE TO INDIVIDUALS FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE. Institutions include laboratories, businesses, doctors, educational institutions, governmental agencies, environmental reclamation, etc.
Shipping & Will Call
Most stock items are shipped the same day the order is received. To identify the hazardous materials, we have included in our product description the DOT classification and UN number. UPS Charges an additional $27.50 per box when handling hazardous materials in addition to their regular shipping rates. Some hazardous products require additional packaging to conform to DOT regulations. All additional shipping and packaging charges will be added to the invoice. There will be a $2.50 handling fee charged to all orders either picked up at Will Call or shipped via the buyer's shipping account to cover the cost of time and packaging. Orders must be called in a minimum of 2 hours before intended Will Call / Pickup. Some products require a pickup truck or a vehicle that separates the driver from those products when picking up from Will Call. Packages WILL NOT be released to people driving motorcycles. Ship dates will be given for non-stock and custom formulas on a per item basis.

Rocky Mountain Reagents products are intended for laboratory or manufacturing use only. ROCKY MOUNTAIN REAGENTS PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HOUSEHOLD USE.
Terms of Sale
Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. does not sell retail. RMR accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If terms are established, payment is 30 days net from date of invoice. We do not offer longer than 30 day terms. Unless otherwise instructed, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. There will be a $2.50 handling fee charged to all orders either picked up at Will Call or shipped via the buyers shipping account to cover the cost of time and packaging. While every effort will be made to avoid price increases, Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without advance notification.
Quality Guarantee
Our products are prepared with ACS or Reagent grade chemicals unless otherwise indicated in the product description and are guaranteed to perform to their given specifications. Reagent alcohol is used in all formulas requiring ethyl alcohol.

Warranty
All reagents and chemicals are unconditionally guaranteed to conform to the specifications listed on our labels, in our catalog, and on our web site. Should a product fail to conform to its relevant specification, Rocky Mountain Reagents will replace the product at no charge.
Returned Goods
Returned shipments will not be accepted without prior notification and instructions. If your order is damaged during shipment or an error has been made in filling out your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we may correct the problem. No returned goods or claims will be accepted beyond 60 days. Custom reagents cannot be canceled once work has begun or raw materials have been ordered; restocking fees will apply.
